Getting Started on Individual Basketball Training. Purchase individual or group sessions in person at the Y Welcome Center desk or online. Sessions should be paid in full at time of purchase. Group sessions should be made by one member for the sessions. You will be contacted by the coach to establish schedule of paid sessions.
Small Group Training. We are no longer offering private small group training. Join one of our small group training sessions; choose from Basketball Skills or Performance Training.
